Technical Information
Cyner CDR obtains information from the equipment through an SNMP or Radius protocol. The core of the system works with proprietary agents. Agents are components we have developed to monitor and retrieve information from the VoIP equipment. The agents process the call and obtain statistics.
The software is usually installed on local or remote servers communicating with VoIP equipment via TCP/IP protocol.
