Functions
Having in mind all destinations to be routed and available termination Carries it is necessary to create a logic of routing. This logic is called Dial-plan.
Create unlimited routing dial-plan, each one can contain many different area codes and termination routes.
Each route can be activated and deactivaded real-time. We made it easy!
Each Carrier has its own priority in the logic definition, for if an appeal fails over Carrier #1 will try course through Carrier #2, if it is defined.
Server Manager
This tool allow you to stay informed monitoring all primary routing servers assigned to your operation. Cyner CRA bring detailed information about: Uptime, Load average, CPU utilization, Memory utilization, Active sessions, Active calls, DB connections and more.

Customer routing
After defining different dial-plans, the Administrator will assign these dial-plan to different Clients and Originators.
The Dial-plan´s interface lets you set up routing for each particular case or each customer individually.
Thus, the logic applied in each dial-plan is reflected in the business model.
LCR
One way of routing is that LCR is routing according to cost per code per provider. Cyner Route Admin implements this way of routing, defining LCR Routing dial-in any plan.
You can select which Carriers involved in the LCR routing, and wich codes will participate in the logic definition.

When a Provider change its prices your equipment ´s routing is adjusted automatically.
Dial-plan Test
The tool, Cyneric Route Admin, have a Test interface to prove the dial-plans before being applied to equipment.
